2. Format and verify your manuscript using IEEE PDF eXpress™ to generate IEEE Xplore®-compliant PDF.

3. Upload your camera-ready paper (IEEE Xplore®-compliant PDF) to EDAS.
Important Note: Please check your SIMILARITY score, and that MUST be below 30%. If not, your paper will NOT be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
4. Select the presenting author and prepare the presenter’s biography form.
